Leistungsbeschreibung: eNora is the core system for specialty insurance within the customer company. It serves as a comprehensive platform for managing critical business processes, including: * Portfolio Management * Underwriting * Claims Handling * Reinsurance * Accounting and Finance Operations It is designed to streamline workflows across these domains and ensure consistent, global operations for customer Specialty users. The Business Analyst supports the existing eNora Team with * access rights management, user config and system config * gathering, analyzing and prioritizing user requirements and incidents * documentation and input for manuals * definition of processes within specialty operations in alignment with existing customer company processes * coordination of interfaces * handling migrations * test preparation and test execution

Erforderliche Fach-Skills:

• Business analysis of eNora functional topics and interfaces to and from eNora
  

* Knowledge of policy and reinsurance domains
* Experience with core insurance systems
* user access rights management and system configuration
* Facilitate timely decision making on functional topics
* Collaborate with third party developers

Erforderliche Soft-Skills:

• Fluent in German & English
  

* Management of your own time and workload
* Analytical thinking / Problem solving
* Experience in stakeholder management
* Very strong communication skills
