Projektbeschreibung: * Analyzing business processes and user flow * Utilize expertise to thoroughly analyze business processes and user requirements to support the teams understanding of business needs and to ensure successful implementation. * Provide support and guidance to users in conjunction with ART BAs ensuring the users needs are addressed promptly and effectively. * Furthermore, contribute to the ongoing documentation of the UW Workbench on the Business Support Platform. * Process and interface maintenance for Underwriting * Collaborate with various teams to analyze processes and interfaces, ensuring a seamless integration of applications around Underwriting (UW) * Collaborate on design and execution of an international multilevel process for Underwriting in conjunction with Risk Engineering and Operations * Prepare training and communication for international users * Enhance regression testing by writing and executing tests, performing manual tests as part of regression testing and user story tests. * Apply standard Business Analyst methods such as Interviews, Product Roadmaps, Use Case Diagrams and Story Mapping to ensure structured analysis and effective solution design.
