Projektbeschreibung: We are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team (Document management). The team is responsible for the set up and operation of a global document management system for commercial insurance. - Analyzing and consolidating business processes and user requirements to a global document management core Utilize your expertise to thoroughly analyse business processes and user requirements to support the teams understanding of business needs. This also includes the consolidation and challenging to get to a global document management core and to ensure successful implementation. - Process and interface analysis for integration of DMS into other systems: Collaborate with various teams to analyse processes and interfaces, ensuring a seamless integration of DMS with other systems and processesl. - Stakeholder Management: Analyse and proactively manage the needs and expectations from business and further stakeholders, also in regards of legal and compliance requirements. - Roadmapping and Rollout strategy: Support the creation of a solid roadmap for further setup of the DMS and support the evaluation and creation rollout plans. - Test strategy and test case creation: Develop and implement global test strategy in conjunction with other applications along the complete value chain. - Support international users: Provide training, support, and guidance to users from different regions ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.

Erforderliche Fach-Skills:

• Proven, deepened knowledge of business analysis and requirement engineering methods
  

- Commercial Insurance knowledge preferred
- Enterprise Content or Document Management Knowledge preferred
- Experience in the international rollout of global software solutions.
- Experienced in Scrum, ideally also in SAFe
- At least 3 years of experience in complex international IT projects.
- German as native language
- Fluent English (min C1), both written and spoken
