Projektbeschreibung: We are looking for an experienced System Architect for our ART Platform. The position is responsible for partner management, workflow, and document management. Scope of work - Design, evolution, and documentation of future-ready software architectures, including target architectures, reference architectures, and ADRs - Definition and establishment of architecture guardrails, technical standards, and non-functional requirements (e.g., security, performance, reliability) - Transformation of existing legacy applications into scalable cloud solutions, as well as evaluation of new (cloud) technologies and their integration into the existing IT landscape - Coaching and enablement of teams in architecture, integration, security, and quality-related topics - Ensuring that architecture decisions align with business, compliance, and regulatory requirements, as well as the long-term Digital@Global strategy - Contributing to and continuously evolving a technical and organizational target state that supports a scalable, resilient architecture and enables continuous delivery within the ART - Close collaboration with development teams, product management, and product owners, as well as system and enterprise architects, to ensure alignment with the IT strategy and delivery
Erforderliche Fach-Skills:
Must-have skills
- Several years of experience in the architecture and implementation of complex software solutions
- Strong expertise in cloud architectures and cloud-based services, ideally with experience in cloud transformation initiatives
- Hands-on experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, as well as security and quality frameworks
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with the ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear and understandable manner
- Experience in a SAFe environment or comparable scaling frameworks, with an active role in an ART leadership context
- Ability to work independently after a short onboarding phase
