Projektbeschreibung: Component Development: Build independent, reusable Web Components from scratch with a web-first approach using web standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Custom Elements, Shadow DOM) and following Atomic Design principles. Demonstrate strong understanding of the web platform and its best practices. Accessibility & Compatibility: Maintain accessibility (WCAG 2.2, WAI-ARIA) and cross-browser compatibility. Integration & Developer Experience: Ensure seamless integration and high developer experience for Angular projects, recognizing and bridging platform differences. Collaboration & Communication: Work autonomously, pulling tasks from the backlog, proactively communicating progress, seeking peer reviews before deployment, and collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product teams. Documentation: Write and update clear documentation, including usage guidelines and integration examples. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance by integrating robust tests (integration, visual regression) into the existing test setup. Architecture & Governance: Participate in architecture discussions, contributing to design system evolution and component governance. English Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
Erforderliche Fach-Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Platform Web fundamentals.
  • Deep understanding of Web Components and related Web APIs (e.g., Custom Elements, Shadow DOM).
  • Experience building and maintaining UI component libraries and design systems.
  • Solid knowledge of accessibility best practices and standards (WCAG 2.2, WAI-ARIA).
  • Skill in developing robust tests to ensure high software quality.
  • Ability to create thorough and clear documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
