Leistungsbeschreibung: The International Finance Team is looking to assign a qualified Business Analyst to support the Engagement & Rollout Management in the implementation of the S/4HANA Finance Suite as the global General Ledger (FI, CO) as well as Technical Accounting (AP/AR) solution across more than 20 international branches of customer. The implementation is part of a broader finance transformation initiative, aiming to standardize processes, improve transparency, and ensure compliance across all entities.

The scope of the Business Analyst's assignment includes:

  • Rollout management: Assist in planning and coordinating the rollout including stakeholder management, progress monitoring and close alignment with Product Development Team.
  • Functional requirement and process analysis: Capture and document as-is and to-be processes of the customer entities, identify gaps and translate business requirements into design objects and specifications for the Product Development Team.
  • Meeting and workshop orchestration: Develop and conduct agendas, presentations and supporting materials for workshops and meetings on operational as well as management level.
  • Knowledge transfer and communication: Ensure effective knowledge sharing between central teams and finance teams of customers international entities.
  • Risk management and mitigation: orchestration of the rollout risk identification, communication and mitigation. The assignment will require close collaboration with internal stakeholders, international branches and carriers, and external partners. All deliverables and communication will be conducted in English to ensure consistency across the global teams.

Erforderliche Fach-Skills:
Professional experience:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale finance transformations, ideally in an international environment within insurance companies.
* Familiarity with insurance industry processes, particularly in accounting and financial reporting.
* Optional: Experience in SAP and specifically S/4HANA Finance Suite implementations would be beneficial.
Technical and functional knowledge:
* Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes within insurance companies.
* Expertise in process analysis, documentation, and definition of functional requirements.
* Ability to translate business needs into system specifications and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
* Optional: Knowledge in finance system landscapes and interfaces would be beneficial.

Erforderliche Soft-Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken).
* Ability to work collaboratively with finance teams across the globe in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment.
* Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
* Willingness to travel to Hannover on a regular basis.
